Frequently asked questions

Use the sign up form above, and we'll be in touch in 7 working days. After you've signed your contract, we usually send your tablet (if you need one) within 7 working days.

Once your tablet has arrived and your menu is uploaded, you're ready to sell!

If you're having a problem with any order, you can use our Live Order support line, to help you quickly resolve it call 965 2227 0143.

You can also Live Chat with our local agents, between 10am and 6pm, Monday to Friday using Partner Hub.

We recommend using as many high quality images as possible on your Deliveroo menu. That's why we offer a professional photography service as part of some of our packages.

You can also upload your own imagery for your menu and restaurant 'shopfront' on Deliveroo. All images are reviewed against our photography guidelines.

Find out more about uploading your imagery.
