What is the deliveroo restaurant perks programme?

They're a set of bespoke business services that we've chosen to help our restaurant partners – that's you. We've scoured the market to negotiate best in market deals and opportunities for you.

How do I gain to access deliveroo restaurant perks?

If you're an active restaurant partner of Deliveroo, i.e you're currently trading and live on our platform, then you automatically have access. And if you're an exclusive restaurant partner, you'll get the most preferential rates from our providers.

What is my restaurant ID and where can I find it?

Your Restaurant ID is a unique number for your restaurant, that lets us know who you are.

To find it, just go to your tablet in the restaurant - turn it on and select 'settings'. Here, you'll find your ID listed on the top left hand corner next to your restaurant name.

What happens once I've submitted my details? 

Thanks for registering your interest in one of our perks. We'll now be verifying your account, by checking your restaurant ID. This will take us no longer than 48 hours, after which you'll hear from us or the partner with everything you need to get going. 

I've got a great idea for a new restaurant perk. what should I do?

I'm already working with one of your partners on a separate contract. How do I access the deals in place via deliveroo?

You'll need to come to the end of your current agreement with your provider, before being eligible for the deals through Deliveroo Restaurant Perks.

I'm not happy with the services I've received from a partner. what should I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact your service provider and explain why you're unhappy. You can also email: perks@deliveroo.co.uk and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

I'd like to stop using a partnership but I'm in a contract, what can I do?

That's a shame. We'd like to help you and your partner resolve these issues if we can so please contact us.

What happens to my information once submitted?

When you submit your business details on the form, they'll be passed onto the selected partner and Deliveroo. That way, your business can be contacted about this deal and any similar deals in the future which could benefit your business. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing perks@deliveroo.co.uk
